Ordering Process
Invoices are payable upon receipt of the keets. The goods remain the property of Couvoir Pintabo Inc. until the final payment of the invoice. A fee of 2% per month will be added to your account for unpaid invoices.
The customer is responsible for the transportation of the keets. Hatching occurs on Monday, and the keets must be picked up by the customer before 5 p.m. on the same day. If it is impossible for you to pick them up before this time, you must notify us.
In the event of a cancellation less than one month before hatching with no possibility of redistribution, 30% of your order amount will be invoiced. Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (email or fax).
